On Sunday, May 20, 2018, St Mary’s County Advanced Life Support Chief Harrison assisted the Ridge Volunteer Rescue Squad with the Kinetic Multisports St Mary’s Triathlon held at St Mary’s City. This Triathalon consisted of two courses: Olympic and Sprint. The Olympic consisted of a 1500 meter swim, 25.5 mile bike, and 10K run. The Sprint consisted of a 750 meter swim, 13 mile bike, and 5K run. Our own Paramedic Elizabeth Carroll competed in the Sprint with a total time of 1 hour, 45 minutes, and 05 seconds. Paramedic Carroll ranked number 1 in her division. We are very proud of all of Elizabeth’s accomplishments!
