The 78th Annual St. Mary's County Fair took place September 18th through 21st, 2025. A longstanding tradition amongst the Volunteers with the St. Mary's County Advanced Life Support Unit is to provide Medical support for the Fair goers. Medical assistance has included applying bandaids to transporting an individual suffering from an acute allergic reaction. This year, the weather cooperated and left the County with a beautiful weekend of weather allowing for crowds to enjoy all that the St. Mary's County Fair offers. From the delicious food and treats to the rides, to the farm animal displays and auctions to the stately Sutler Post Farm Clydesdales, a crowd favorite! One of the Paramedic crews completing a stand by shift for the Fair - Paramedic Amy and EMR Driver Rich - stood ready to care of any emergency or medical need that occurred. Many thanks to all the Volunteers who made sure the 78th Annual St. Mary's County Fair remained safe for all!
