On Sunday, May 20, 2018, St Mary’s County Advanced Life Support Chief Harrison assisted the Ridge Volunteer Rescue Squad with the Kinetic Multisports St Mary’s Triathlon held at St Mary’s City. This Triathalon consisted of two courses: Olympic and Sprint. The Olympic consisted of a 1500 meter swim, 25.5 mile bike, and 10K run. Influenza is on the move in Maryland and St. Mary's County.

Ever had that sudden onset of feeling horrible - high fever, chills, dry cough, muscle aches and occasionally congestion?
